TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Check in time is after 2 pm and Check Out time will be 11 am.

• Maximum of 3 persons can stay in a room.

• A copy of the Government issued ID to be submitted by all adult occupants and original of the same to be shown at the time of check-In. Unmarried & unrelated couples are strictly not allowed.

• Key will be issued only after paying the balance tariff. Caution deposit will be collected for bulk bookings.

• Keys should be handed over at reception, immediately after vacating the rooms. 
• Losing the key & plate will be subject to a penalty of ₹ 800 per set.
• Management is not responsible for money, jewels and any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
• The person, who is booking the room, will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Raghu Residency caused by him, and his Co-Occupants, Friends or Visitors.

• Smoking, Drinking, Gambling, Roaming in the corridor, Using high volume AV players, Making noise in the room, Spoiling/ Staining/ Soiling the beddings/ fabrics, Damaging the room properties will subject to a penalty.

• Management have full right to deny admission or ask particular guest/s to leave the premises to ensure safety and comfort of other guests. This may include cases such as denial of admission to local residents, unmarried & unrelated couples, drunken people and amongst others. The decision taken by the management shall be final and binding in all such situations.

• The terms and conditions detailed here apply to all bookings whether made through online, email and in person.
